Donna joined Quilter in January 2001 and has over 25 years of experience in HR within financial services.
Having worked previously with Quilter International, Donna has significant experience of working in HR within UK, European and international markets. Her key areas of focus are talent management, professional and career development, change management and leadership.
Donna holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University, is a Barrett Cultural Transformation Practitioner and is accredited in the psychometric tool Spotlight.
