Steven is Quilter's Chief Executive Officer He has deep industry knowledge, having worked in asset management, investments, platform and distribution roles. He joined the Group in 1998, the Executive Committee in 2011 and the Board in November 2022 when he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Steven has played a leading role in delivering several high-profile strategic initiatives for the Group, including the implementation of Quilter's investment platform and supporting the development of Quilter's proposition. Steven's broad industry and leadership experience allows him to effectively drive strategic delivery.
