Can I still send money to you, or receive money from you, by cheque?

Yes, although we are asking that all customers are set up to send/receive money by bank transfer during the coronavirus crisis. Should there be a temporary closure of our buildings as a result of government advice, or if the critical banking, postal and remittance services that support this be interrupted, cheque payments could cause a significant delay for customers.

If you make payments to us by cheque, or receive payments from us by cheque, we strongly recommend that you contact us or your financial adviser to arrange to send/receive money by electronic bank transfer going forwards.

This is a quick and simple process which will ensure you can still move money in and out of your investments should there be a temporary closure of our buildings as a result of Government advice, or if banking, postal or remittance services are interrupted.

Because safeguarding your investments is a key priority, we will need to verify your bank details before we can make a payment to you, so we recommend that this is done as soon as possible so that you’re ready to use electronic bank transfer if necessary.
