For the ISA, JISA, CIA and CIB the ‘Costs & Charges statement’ within the ‘Charges Information Document’ shows the estimated year one adviser charges in both percentage and monetary terms.
The costs and charges disclosure for pensions will follow future implementation of the Retirement Outcomes Review. We are currently investigating how we will introduce these new requirements, and be able to show adviser charges in line with both the regulations and our existing product disclosures.
