The WealthSelect Managed Portfolio Service quarterly client reports will be updated from Q2 2021 to remove the address field, following feedback from advisers that it was no longer necessary. Therefore, they will only display adviser name, firm name, phone number and email address.
To ensure the correct email address and phone number are being displayed on reports, where they may have been incorrect in the past, your Master User will need to update these by;
1. Going into 'system admin' and selecting your adviser record.
2. Under ‘user permissions’, they will see the phone number and email address fields. These details should be updated here if not correct, as that's what will pull through into the reports.
3. If your Master User updates any of your contact details, they must ensure they click on the ‘Submit’ button for the changes to be saved.
4. Please do not add a phone number in the ‘mobile phone’ field as this may pull through to the reports if added here.
