How do I carry out an urgent transaction?

While our phone lines are very busy, to support customers’ most important needs, we are prioritising the most urgent requests such as:

  • serious ill health or bereavement claims
  • power of attorney queries
  • making investments
  • taking money out or switching funds
  • requests from those whose circumstances mean they need an extra level of support

If you have an urgent request and want to contact us please do bear with us, it may take a little longer than than usual for us to respond to you. We really appreciate your patience.

Please remember that withdrawals will take up to 10 working days to clear into your bank account.
