For completely new models, the creator determines who can access and edit them.
If the owner of the model is at network level when they first edit the model, they are only able to give edit permissions at network level. This means that all other users at network level would have the ability to edit the model. This is a change compared with our previous platform technology. To overcome this, you can move the Master User to firm level. They are then able to give edit permissions to specific users only.
This may mean the user would no longer have network level statement access. To overcome this, you can create a second user – one at network level to view statements, one at firm level to manage portfolios.
