If you are unable to contact us by phone or simply prefer not to, you can still benefit from staying up to date with your investment in a number of ways.

 

Quilter Online Service

When you become a Quilter Investment Platform customer, you automatically have access to your own online account, where you can:

  • Securely access everything you need about your investments
  • Keep track of investment performance and change fund choices
  • Easily set up and manage payments and keep personal details up to date

Quilter mobile app

Our mobile app is available for android and iPhone and can help you keep up to date with your investment using the same login details you use when accessing the online Customer Centre. Find out more about our App.

Support available to you over email

Our friendly Customer Service Centre is available to contact by email. They can help if you need to:

  • ask a question about your investment
  • request a form for a transaction or instruction on your investment
  • request an appointment to visit us at our Customer Lounge if a face-to-face meeting will be best for your needs.

BT Relay service
