If you have not already registered for our Online Service have a look at the Online service page to find out how. When you log in you are able to find copies of all your statements and other correspondence, keep track of your investment and make sure we have all your details up to date.
We also have a mobile app which is available for android and iPhone.

If you have questions about your investments you can email our customer service centre and as well answers we can send you any forms you might need. If a face-to-face meeting would best suit your needs you can also use the same email address to request an appointment to visit us at our customer lounge.
