Before contacting us, you may find the information on our Bereavement Support page helpful.
So that you know what to expect when you contact us, we will ask you for the following:
- Your name
- The name of the person who has died
- Your relationship to the person who has died
- Your contact details
- The address to send the claim documents to
- The account number
- The date of death – we are unable to start the process without this.
