Need additional help reading your documents?
More and more customers who are dyslexic are using screen reading software. It’s a quick and easy way to read any of your documents, such as regular statements, which are found in our Online Service.
With your computer reading the content of your screen you can join the many customers who are already tracking their investments and viewing their documents online, just as they do with online banking.
Some basic screen reading software is free of charge.
More advanced software is available to buy. Here's a helpful guide to find out more - Screen reading software | RNIB
Alternatively we can send a document to you in:
- Open dyslexic font
- Large print.
You can also call our Customer Service Centre on:
Freephone 0808 171 2626, 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday to request this, or you can send us an email.
You can phone us to:
- request pension income
- make a withdrawal from your ISA or Collective Investment Account (if there is no joint account holder)
- amend a Direct Debit
- change your address.
Just have a recent statement or valuation handy when you call so we can verify your identity with a couple of quick questions.
