As well as being able to talk to us or email us you can also have direct access to your investment details online.
Our Online Customer Centre (OCC) offers:
- Current and back-dated valuations of your investments
- Access to online copies of all your regular statements and other documents
- A place to manage and update your address and contact details
- The ability to change your choice of funds, or rebalance the proportions of them (we will always recommend you seek financial advice before making changes to your fund choice)
- Online options to request top-ups and withdrawals – this option may not automatically be available if you have a financial adviser, but can be switched on for you if needed
Registering for online access
When you register for online access you will be asked to provide a form of identification. This is because the online system is designed only to allow access to the investor (or a trustee or Power Of Attorney).
So before you start your registration make sure you have either your passport, driving licence or an electricity bill with you – you will be asked for an identifying reference number from whichever of these you have.
The security system will send you a reference number by text message to the phone number you enter when you register.
