The Quilter Investors Monthly Income Portfolios are designed for retail or professional clients who are seeking income with the potential for some long-term investment growth through a diversified portfolio managed in line with the stated risk profile of the fund. Each fund should be considered against the client’s own capacity for loss, investment objectives and tolerance for investment risk.

Clients must:

• be willing to accept the level and nature of investment risk associated with the selected fund.
• understand that the fund’s risk profile is a target or expected range rather than a guarantee of the level of volatility or loss that may arise.
• be willing to accept that they may lose some or all of the capital invested, as the Portfolios do not provide any capital guarantee.
• understand that the asset mix may change over time as the manager responds to market conditions and maintains the fund’s investment approach.

Clients may:

• want a diversified portfolio within a single fund aligned to a defined level of investment risk.
• prefer ongoing asset allocation and fund selection decisions to be carried out by the fund manager.
• want a fund that can be matched to an advised investment strategy or used within a wider portfolio.
• want a smoothed monthly income distribution that is designed to remain stable from month to month.

Might not be suitable for clients who:

• cannot tolerate losses consistent with the selected fund’s risk profile.
• want certainty that the fund will remain within a fixed asset allocation at all times.
• want to make the day-to-day asset allocation or underlying investment decisions themselves.
• intend to invest for less than the minimum recommended holding period of five years.
• have specific investment preferences or restrictions. For example, customers who have specific sustainability targets in mind and/or who want to minimise exposure to unsustainable or controversial areas.
• are US persons or resident in restricted jurisdictions.
