Transfers
Your client must sign a transfer authority form for all transfers. For a pension transfer into our Collective Retirement Account, you only need to send the transfer authority form to us if the ceding provider is not making the transfer using the online ‘Options’ system, or if the transfer is part of a block transfer. For a transfer into our Collective Investment Account or ISA, you only need to send us the form if the ceding provider is not a member of the TISA Exchange Contract club.

To check on the progress of a transfer, click on the ‘Activities’ tab within your client’s account on our platform and then click on the plus icon next to the transfer to display the ‘Transfer Tracker’.
